独立学院教育服务质量的提升策略——基于学生满意度调查

The Promotion Tactics of Education Service Quality of Independent Colleges——Based on a Survey of Student Satisfaction Degree

摘要 独立学院在办学基础与公办高校存在着巨大差距的情况下,如何提供更好的教育服务,满足学生日益个性化的教育需求,成为独立学院实现可持续发展的根本途径。然而学生满意度调查显示,独立学院在提供教育服务质量方面仍存在诸多问题,亟待从教学质量的优质化、学生服务的贴心化、学生事务管理的专业化等方面提升独立学院的教育服务质量。 Under the situation that there is a great difference of its school-running foundation to that of public colleges and universities,how to provide better educational service to meet the increasingly individualized educational needs of students has become the fundamental way for independent colleges to achieve sustainable development.However,the student satisfaction survey shows that there are still many problems in the quality of education service of independent colleges,which is urgent to improve the quality of educational service of independent colleges from the aspects of the perfection of teaching quality,the intimacy of student service and the specialization of student affairs management.
