基于乡村振兴战略的新型职业农民培育

The Training of New Professional Farmers Based on the Rural Revitalization Strategy

实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大提出的重大决策。实施乡村振兴战略,离不开高素质的人才,尤其是高素质的农民,因此,新型职业农民的培育具有重要现实意义。基于乡村振兴战略背景,对我国新型职业农民培育存在的一般性问题进行分析,并提出一般性解决对策,以期更好地培育新型职业农民,进而为乡村振兴战略的实现提供人才支撑。

Implementing the strategy of rural revitalization is the major decision declared by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The implementation of rural revitalization strategy cannot be separated from high-quality talents,especially the high-quality farmers.Therefore,the training of new professional farmers has important practical significance.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,this paper analyzes the general problems existing in the cultivation of new professional farmers in China,and put forwards the general solutions,so as to improve the cultivation of new professional farmers,and then provide a support of talents for the realization of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
