摘要
心理契约的实质是强化教学团队成员之间的相互理解和支持。当前高职院校教学团队建设存在团队成员心理契约情况分析缺失、尚未建构良好的心理契约关系、缺少高水平的带头人等问题。基于心理契约视角加强高职院校教学团队建设,要求管理者重视对团队成员心理期望的调研分析,通过遴选合适的团队带头人,加强团队文化建设,完善相关考核评价体系,建构良好的心理契约关系,使高职院校教育教学工作和教学团队发展取得双赢。

At colleges, such as the shortage resent contract is to strengthen the mutual understanding and support among the there are some problems in the construction of teaching team in vocational analysis of psychological contract among team members, the missing of good psycho-logical contract construction, the lack of high qualified leaders, and so on. In order to strengthen the construction of teaching teams in vocational colleges from the perspective of psychological contract, it is required that the managers attach importance to the investigation and analysis of psychological expectation of team members, achieve a win - win of higher vocational education and teaching team development, by selecting the appropriate team leader, strengthening the team culture construction, perfecting the relevant assessment system and constructing good psychological contractual relationship.
