摘要
围绕高校教学管理工作人员行为,针对管理中存在的个体型工作拖延和任务型工作拖延现象,从内在的个体特征、外在的情景因素两个维度分析了教学管理工作拖延产生的原因。参照工作特征模型,从学校提供各种支持、管理者进行合理的工作设计、完善反馈渠道、改变认知等四个方面提出了治理教学管理工作拖延行为的策略,以期提高教学管理的工作效率。
Around the staff behavior in teaching management,in view of the existing procrastination of individual work and task-oriented work in the management,the paper analyzes the cause of procrastination of the teaching management from the two dimensions as internal individual characteristics and the external situation factors.By referring to the job characteristics model,the paper proposes the tactics to govern the procrastination in teaching management from four aspects,such as offering a variety of support by schools,carrying out the reasonable work design by managers,perfecting the feedback channels,changing the cognition and so on,so as to improve the efficiency of teaching management in colleges and universities.
