校企协同培养实用技能型卓越农学专业人才的实践与探索

The Practice and Exploration of the Cooperation between school and Enterprise in training excellent Agricultural talents with practical skills

"校企协同"是高校与相关企业在"互惠互利、协作共赢"基础上,企业参与高校人才培养全过程,共同合作开展专业人才培养的育人模式。结合河南科技学院农学专业的特点和近几年来在农学专业改造过程中的实践经验,分析校企协同开展实用技能型卓越人才培养的必要性,总结开展校企协同育人的具体措施和协同育人的实施效果,以期更好地服务于农学专业人才培养工作。

“Cooperation between School and Enterprise” is based on “mutual benefit,cooperation and win-win” between universities and related enterprises,enterprises participate in the whole process of talents training,and cooperate to carry out the education mode of professional talents training.Based on the characteristics of the major of agronomy in henan institute of science and technology and the practical practice in the reform of agricultural speciality in recent years,this paper analyzed the necessity of carrying out the training of outstanding talents of practical skill type in cooperation between schools and enterprises,summarized the concrete measures to carry out cooperative education between schools and enterprises and the implementation effect of cooperative education.
