Review on Agricultural Subsidy Policy and Its Implementation Effect

中央对农业补贴的投入资金呈增长态势,有关农业补贴政策及其实施效果的研究引起了学界的普遍关注。通过对相关研究文献进行梳理,在界定农业补贴的含义、分类的基础上,对有关农业补贴实施效果的研究发现,我国农业补贴政策的整体效果一般,具体的补贴政策效果比较明显,尤其是粮食直接补贴和农机购置补贴。这些研究为更深入探讨农业补贴政策及其实施效果的相关内容提供了理论与方法支持,但在研究方法、研究视角以及深度上尚具有较大的拓展空间。

Based on the important status of agriculture in China’s economy, the central government attaches great importance to agri原cultural subsidies, and the funds invested also show an increasing trend.Meanwhile, research on agricultural subsidy policies and theirimplementation effects has received extensive attention from Chinese experts and scholars. Through reviewing relevant research litera原tures and basing on the definition and classification of agricultural subsidy policy, the study on the effect of agricultural subsidy im原plementation found out that the overall effect of China’ s agricultural subsidy policy is generally positive. While the specific subsidypolicy has an obviously positive effect on the related field of agriculture, especially grain direct subsidies and agricultural machinerypurchase subsidies. In general, all these studies provide theoretical and methodological support for more in-depth discussions on therelevant study of agricultural subsidies and their implementation effects.Yet, there is still much room for improvement in researchmethods, research perspectives and research depth.
