摘要
"多元主体共同治理"和"居家养老引入社会力量"等思想在学术界已经达成共识,虽然学者们从不同角度加以讨论,但是具有某些相通点。经整合,可将社会组织的属性、独特优势、参与路径和改进方案归纳为一般性的"社会组织参与居家养老问题"。
There are two points of consensus in academia, “common governance of multiple subjects” and“the introduction of socialpower into the home-based care services for the elderly” .Although scholars have discussed them in different angles, many similaritiesare existing.I summarize that the social organization’ s attribute, the unique advantage, the participation way and the improvement planas“social organizations to participate in home-based care services” .
