高职学生“四德”教育的困境及其转向

On the Dilemma and Approaches of Solution of the Students' “Four Virtues” Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 高职学生的社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德、个人品德(简称"四德")教育以生活为本真之源,关注与整个社会系统的有机联系性。然而,面对社会转型这种深层的社会变迁,高职院校"四德"教育面临诸多困境,遮蔽了"四德"教育实效意义。超越"四德"教育困境的方式是进行创新模式改革:促进"四德"教育与社会的融合,进行回归生活的"四德"教育课程设计,促进"四德"教育与专业教育的融合。 Higher vocational college students’ethics education is the source of life and focuses on the or-ganic contact with the whole social system, which includes social morality, professional morality, family virtue and personal morality (referred to as“four virtues“). However, in the face of the deep social changes of social transformation, the“four virtues”education in higher vocational colleges is facing many difficulties, which ob-scures the practical significance of the“four virtues”education. The way to surmount the“four virtues”educa-tion dilemma is to carry out innovative mode reform: to promote the integration of“four virtues”education and the society, to design the“four virtues”education curriculum for returning to life, and to promote the integration of“ four virtues”education and the professional education.
