摘要
以晋城市图书馆志愿者服务近3年的大数据为依据,以管理考核周期为分析时段,以志愿者服务大数据统计和项目分析为入口,全面对晋城图书馆志愿者服务状况进行研究,剖析其存在的问题,并提出未来的发展建议。
Based on the big data of Jincheng Library volunteer service for the past three years, taking the performance appraisal cycle as the entrance, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the volunteer status quo of Jincheng Library. Through the above research, the article analyzes its existing problems, and finally puts forward development suggestions.
