当代全球治理一个重要的特征是以金砖国家为首的新兴经济体在全球治理中的引领作用越来越重要。金砖机制治理在当代的发展,是当代全球政治形成,特别是全球治理权力分散性特征的必然结果。经过十多年的发展,金砖机制治理效用越来越大,成为全球治理重要引领力量。金砖机制在全球治理权力结构中的挑战需要处理好四组权力关系。"金砖+"的提出,是金砖机制治理广度发展的重要动向,是当前金砖机制治理和全球治理的重要发展,同时也必将对全球政治权力变动产生更为深刻影响。

An important feature of contemporary global governance is that emerging economies, led by the BRICS,play an increasingly leading role in global governance,which is the inevitable result of the for mation of contemporary global politics, especially the decentralization of global governance power. After more than ten years of development, the governance effectiveness of the BRICS mechanism has become more and more important as a leading force in global governance,and thus four kinds of power relations in the challenges of BRICS mechanism need to be dealt with. As an important developmental trend of the BRICS governance,the proposal of ＂BRICS ＋＂ will have a more profound impact on the changes of global political powers.
