On the Fundamental Experience of Construction of Ideological and Political Theory Course in Colleges and Universities since the Reform and Opening-up

改革开放以来,在党的领导下高校思想政治理论课历经了从恢复到发展再到整合深化的历程,不断开创高校思想政治理论课建设的新局面。正确的政治方向、坚实的学科基础、以人为本的育人方针、与时俱进的改革原则和高素质教师队伍的培养等,是改革开放以来思想政治理论课建设取得突出成效的基本经验,对新时期继续推进高校思想政治理论课改革与发展具有启示意义。

Since the reform and opening up, under the leadership of the Party, the ideological and politi cal theory course of colleges and universities has constantly created a new situation in the constructive process from restoration to development and to deepening integration,which resulted from such fundamental experience as the correct political direction, solid discipline foundation, people oriented education policy, the up to date reform principle and the cultivation of high qualified teachers. The experience is of great significance to promote the reform and development of Ideological and Political Theory Course in universities in the new era.
