摘要
智能变电站的大量投运,给传统二次运维工作带来挑战的同时也将促进二次运维技术的不断变革。在对智能变电站标准规范、模型认识的基础上,充分利用智能变电站技术,探索站端定值核对工作的智能化手段,并搭建适用于智能变电站的定值管控一体化平台,达到提高智能变电站定值准确性、保证智能变电站定值管控工作质效的目的。经过初步探索和实践,取得了较大的进展。
The large -scale commissioning of intelligent substations not only brings challenges but also promotes continuous changes to thetraditional secondary operation and maintenance work. Based on standard specification and the cognition of intelligent substation model,this paper is toexplore the intelligent means to check station-side protection settings, and set up an integrated platform about protection setting control in intelligentsubstations. With the help of this platform, the accuracy of the protection settings of the intelligent substation can be improved and the quality of theintelligent substation management and control can be ensured. The platform has been explored and tested, and great progresses have been made.
