摘要
针对某电厂辅机循环水泵频繁断轴现象,通过水泵解体、收集各种技术数据,分析可能造成泵轴断裂的各种原因,结合现场实际情况,最终确定了问题的主要原因,提出了改造措施,消除了断轴现象,保证了水泵的安全稳定运行。
Aiming at the frequent shaft breaking phenomenon of the auxiliary circulating water pump in a power plant, through the disintegrationof the pump and collecting various technical data, the various causes that may cause the pump shaft to break were analyzed. Combined with the actualsituation on the site, the main causes of the problem were finally determined, and the reform measures were proposed. The elimination of the shaftbreaking phenomenon ensures the safe and stable operation of the pump.
