中电神头发电有限责任公司2×600 MW机组脱硝液氨蒸发系统,蒸发器热效率差且蒸发器进氨调节阀频繁发生堵塞。通过水侧检查分析,及时改变更了换热水源,经对堵塞物的理化性分析,并咨询有类似情况的其他电厂,查找液氨堵塞的原因,对蒸发器采取物理清洗措施,有效解决了液氨运行过程中的异常问题,保证了脱硝系统安全稳定运行。

The evaporator efficiency of the denitrification liquid ammonia evaporation system of a 2 ×600 MW unit was low and blockagefrequently occurred on the ammonia injection control valve. Through analysis of water side examination, it is found that the water source for heatexchange was changed due to technical modification, and through physical and chemical analysis on the blockage, the blocking reasons were found outand the evaporator was cleaned up, which effectively solved the abnormal problems in the operation process of the liquid ammonia, and ensured thesafe and stable operation of the denitrification system.
