在食物供应链不同环节,供应链系统的脆弱性会对整个供应链上游和下游企业带来风险和损失。这些风险主要包括食物质量安全风险、物流风险、信息系统风险和制度风险。对此,应该加强对原料供应、采购、食物加工、存储、食物流通和食物销售等环节的控制。
In the supply chain system, the vulnerability caused by different links will cause risks and loss to the upstream and downstream enterprises. The main risks include food quality and safety risk, logistics risk, information system risk and institutional risk. In this regard, we should strengthen the supply of raw materials, procurement, food processing, storage, food circulation, food sales control of several links.
