食品安全的影响因素与保障措施探讨

当前,随着我国经济的不断发展,人均消费水平也在不断提高,食品安全问题也受到了越来越多的关注。受市场经济飞速发展带来的衍生问题的影响,各种食品安全问题层出不穷,对市场秩序的稳定产生不利影响,更严重的是对人类的身体健康带来十分恶劣的影响。因而,需要有关部门重视食品安全问题,及时地采取适当的措施,确保食品安全。本文结合影响食品安全的因素展开阐释,并提出了相关建议,以此希望能够帮助减少一些食品安全问题的发生。

At present, with the continuous development of China’s economy, the per capita consumption level is also constantly improving, and food safety issues have received more and more attention. Affected by the derivative problems brought about by the rapid development of the market economy, various food safety issues have emerged in an endless stream, which has an adverse impact on the stability of the market order. What is more serious is the very bad impact on human health. Therefore, the relevant departments need to continue to pay attention to food safety issues, so that the relevant departments need to take timely and appropriate measures to ensure food safety. In this paper, the factors affecting food safety are explained, and relevant suggestions are put forward in order to help reduce the occurrence of some food safety problems.
