Detection and Analysis of Food Microorganisms in Qiqihar City from 2013 to 2017

摘要 为了解齐齐哈尔市食品安全卫生情况,采用抽样检测方法,对2013—2017年市区内两家超市食品进行微生物检测。结果表明:2013—2017年共抽检492份样品,超市A合格率为93.08%,超市B合格率89.47%,总体合格产品447,不合格45,平均合格率90.99%。其中细菌总数和大肠菌群两项指标不合格,同时与抽样种类和季节具有一定相关性,建议加强对相关产品的监督管理。 In order to understand the food safety and hygiene situation in Qiqihar city. Two supermarket foods in urban area from 2013 to 2017 were tested by sampling method. The results showed that 492 samples were sampled from 2013 to 2017. The qualified rate of supermarket A was 93.08%, supermarket B was 89.47%, the total qualified products was 447, that of the unqualified products was 45, and the average qualified rate was 90.99%. The total number of bacteria and the colonic average were not up to standard, and there was a certain correlation with the sampling types and seasons. It was suggested that the supervision and management of related products should be strengthened.
