摘要 偏高水分玉米的储藏管理比小麦难度大,有较强的吸湿性,放出大量的热,加速品质劣变,呼吸强度大,也易受常见害虫的侵害,给安全储藏带来一系列的困难。中央储备粮沈丘直属库通过入仓工艺、夏冬季通风、就仓干燥、科技储粮、害虫防治等方面总结出一套系统的管理模式,有效地减少了玉米保管期间的粮情隐患。 The storage management of maize with high moisture content is more difficult than that of wheat, which has strong hygroscopicity, releases a lot of heat, accelerates the deterioration of quality, has great respiratory strength, and is vulnerable to the harm of common pests, which brings a series of difficulties to the safe storage. Through warehousing process, ventilation in summer and winter, a systematic management model of warehouse drying technology, pest control and other aspects was summed up in Central reserve of grain Shenqiu,which effectively reduced the potential food situation during corn storage
