Livin基因和vimentin蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达与临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 研究Livin基因和vimentin蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的表达与临床意义。共纳入50例PTC、50例甲状腺瘤和50例甲状腺单纯结节患者,采用RT-PCR法检测组织中Livin基因mRNA相对表达水平,Western blot法检测vimentin蛋白相对表达水平。PTC组Livin基因mRNA和vimentin蛋白的相对表达水平均显著高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);而其他两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PTC组织中Livin基因和vimentin蛋白表达水平与肿瘤最大径、TNM分期、颈部淋巴结转移有关(P <0.05);与患者性别和年龄无关(P>0.05)。Livin基因和vimentin蛋白可能参与了PTC的增殖、侵袭和转移过程。
