皖江城市带生态效率测度及影响因素分析

Ecological Efficiency Measurement and Influencing Factors Analysis of Wanjiang City Belt

基于SBM模型对2008—2016年皖江城市带9个城市的生态效率进行测算,并借助改进的灰色斜率关联度模型分析生态效率的影响因素。研究结果表明:(1)皖江城市带生态效率总体呈上升趋势,地区差异比较大;(2)合肥、芜湖、宣城生态环境效率值比较高,说明决策单元有效,滁州、六安、池州效率值偏低,存在投入产出的改进;(3)样本城市中人均GDP、产业结构、技术创新影响因素对生态效率的提升有促进作用,而城镇化率和能源消耗会造成生态效率下降。

Based on the SBM model, the ecological efficiency of nine cities in the Wanjiang River City Belt from 2008 to 2016 was calculated, and the influencing factors of ecological efficiency were analyzed with the im- proved grey slope correlation model. The results show that ： （ 1 ） the ecological efficiency of Wanjiang urban belt is generally on the rise, and the regional differences are relatively large. （2）The ecological environment efficien- cy of Hefei, Wuhu and Xuancheng are relatively high, indicating that the decision - making unit is effective. The efficiency values of Chuzhou, Luan and Chizhou are on the low side, and there is an improvement in input and output. （3） the factors of per capita GDP, industrial structure and technological innovation have promoting effect on the improvement of ecological efficiency in the sample cities, while the urbanization rate and the energy consumption will result in the decrease of ecological efficiency.
