阿司匹林临床应用研究进展

Review of Advances in Aspirin Research

阿司匹林是经典的解热镇痛和抗炎抗风湿药,随着适应证研究的深入,阿司匹林在结直肠癌、肝癌、肿瘤、感染病、神经性疾病、心脑血管早期急性呼吸窘迫综合征、女性不孕症和习惯性流产等诸多方面均有疗效。现通过查阅国内外指南及CNKI等数据库文献作一综述,以期为阿司匹林的进一步研究和开发提供参考。

Aspirin is a classic antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic drug. With the research on indications, so many curative effects of aspirin have been reported in eoloreetal cancer, liver cancer, tumor, infectious disease, neuropathy, early eardioeerebrovaseular acute respiratory distress syndromeFenlale infertility and habitual abortion respectively. In order to provide further research and development of aspirin, the domestic-foreign guidelines and CNKI database literatures are reviewed in this paper.
