京津冀产业协同发展是京津冀协同发展中最重要一环,是提升京津冀产业竞争力的强力手段。然而,京津冀产业发展极不均衡,产业同质化竞争现象严重,在京津冀地区市场活力有限的情况下,这不仅阻碍了京津冀经济可持续发展,也加大了京津冀产业协同发展的难度。因此,为实现京津冀产业协同发展,有必要充分利用政府和市场两只手,构建合理的协调机制、激励机制、补偿机制、保障机制和监督机制,打造一体化市场环境,形成分工合理、功能互补的京津冀产业发展格局,建立京津冀产业协同发展机制体系。

The industrial coordinated development is the most important part of the coordinated development of BeijingTianjin-Hebei and a powerful means to enhance the industrial competitiveness of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. However, the industrial development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is extremely unbalanced and the homogenization competition of industries is serious. Since the market vitality of the Bei jing-Tianjin-Hebei region is limited, this not only hinders the sustainable economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei but also aggravates the difficulty of the industrial coordinated development.Therefore, in order to realize the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industry, it is necessary to make full use of both the government and the market to set up the mechanism system of the industrial coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei by constructing a reasonable coordination mechanism, incentive mechanism, compensation mechanism, guarantee mechanism and supervision mechanism and creating an integrated market environment and form a reasonable division and complementary functions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial development pattern.
