当今世界正处于大发展大变革大调整的重要历史时期,不同国家民族的全球一体化程度日益加深,来自经济、政治、生态环境等许多带有普遍性的挑战和问题的解决需要国际社会一起应对。然而,由于历史与现实诸多因素造成的文化隔阂、文化对立仍屡见不鲜,某些国家文化霸凌主义、文化帝国主义、单边思维方式仍然根深蒂固。为此,在构建人类命运共同体的实践过程中,必须彰显世界文化的价值承诺,坚持文化平等对话,以文化交流超越文化隔阂,以文化融合超越文化冲突,以文化共存超越文化优越,以文化包容促进文化共荣,携手共同推动和创造人类文明发展的美好未来。

The degree of global integration is increasing in the historical period of great development,changes and readjustment today.The solution of many universal challenges and problems,such as economic,political and ecological environment,needs to be addressed by the international community.However,some countries still have cultural hegemony,cultural imperialism and unilateral thinking methods that is due to the cultural barriers and cultural opposition caused by many factors in history and reality.Therefore,in the course of building community with shared future for mankind,we must demonstrate the value commitment of world culture,uphold dialogue on cultural equality,transcend cultural barriers through cultural exchanges,transcend cultural conflicts through cultural integration,transcend cultural superiority through cultural coexistence,and promote cultural co-prosperity through cultural inclusion.We should work together to promote and create a bright future for the development of human civilization.
