摘要
在1320nmNd ̄3+:YAG脉冲激光器的基础上进行了声光主动锁模的实验研究,给出了实验装置及实验数据。
in this paper, a study of 1320 nm Nd3+: YAG mode-locking pulse laser isreported. In the experiment, frequency of the acousto-optic modulator is 50 MHz.The 150 cm long Nd: YAG laser cavity had a 1.5 m radius high reflector and a flat85% reflectivity output coupler. The centrally located 6-mm-diameter ×70 mm longNd.YAG laser rod was housed in a dual-ellipse-cylindroid pump cavity. The laserrepetition rate is 1 Hz. The pulse with 10 ns duration and width shorter than 1 nsis observed with a Ge-PIN probe.
