摘要 目的探讨分层培训在儿科护士培养中的应用及效果评价,为促进儿科护理人才的培养提供参考。方法选取104名儿科护士为研究对象,护士分层培训内容包括组建培训师资、划分分层依据和职责分工、制订培训大纲、实施培训方案。研究结束后,比较培训前后儿科护士的理论及操作考核成绩、护理质量及护士工作满意度。结果培训后,儿科护士理论及操作考核成绩、护理质量、护士工作满意度均高于培训前(P<0.01)。结论对儿科护士实施分层培训,提高了儿科护士综合能力,提升了儿科临床护理质量,优化了儿科护理人力资源配置。 Objective To explore the application and evaluation of stratified training in pediatric nurses,and to provide reference for the promotion of pediatric nursing talents. Methods Totally,104 pediatric nurses were selected as the research subjects.The stratified training content included the formation of training teachers,the division of stratification basis and responsibilities,the development of training outline,and the implementation of training programs.After the study,the pediatric nurses' theoretical and operational examination results,nursing quality and nurses' job satisfaction were compared before and after the training. Results After training,the results of pediatric nurses' theoretical and operational examination results,nursing quality and nurses' job satisfaction were higher than those before training ( P 〈0.01). Conclusion The stratified training for pediatric nurses can improve the ability of pediatric nurses and the quality of clinical nursing,and optimize the allocation of nursing human resources.
