江苏省儿科危重症专科护士培训体验的现象学研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解儿科危重症专科护士培训过程中的真实体验与感受,为进一步完善其培养模式和定位其职业发展提供参考依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对11名儿科危重症专科护士进行半结构式访谈,并对资料进行整理分析。结果通过访谈资料分析,提炼出儿科危重症专科护士培训的正性体验与负性体验,正性体验包括专业理论知识提升、临床实践能力提升、护理科研水平提升、临床思维能力提升、职业发展路径拓宽、专业交流平台拓展;负性体验包括培训内容与个人需求有差异、培训时间短与培训内容多有矛盾、专科护士职业发展方向不明确。结论儿科危重症专科护士培训能够有效提升个人的理论、实践与科研等能力,但其培养模式还需进一步完善与优化,同时希望管理者能进一步明确其职业发展方向。 Objective To understand the true feelings and needs of pediatric critical care specialist nurses in training,so as to provide evidences for improving training patterns and positioning career development. Methods Qualitative design was used and a semi-structure interview was conducted in a purposive sample of 11 pediatric critical care specialist nurses.The materials were analyzed by phenomenological procedures. Results Positive experiences were extracted as the following,professional theoretical knowledge enhancement,clinical practice ability enhancement,nursing research level improvement,clinical thinking ability enhancement,career development path broadening,and professional communication platform expansion.While negative experience included discrepancy between training content and personal needs,short training time and numerous training content,as well as unclear direction of career development. Conclusion The training of pediatric critical care specialist nurses can improved nurses'abilities theoretical,practice and scientific research.However,in order to improve the training effect,the training patterns should be perfected and updated,and the direction of career development should be further clarified.
