中晚期肺癌化疗患者营养状况及影响因素研究

The research of nutritional status and influencing factors on chemotherapy patients with advanced lung cancer

目的调查中晚期肺癌患者化疗期间营养状况及其影响因素,为临床更好地改善患者的营养状况提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、患者自评主观整体培养评估量表对唐山市某三级甲等肿瘤医院化疗科中晚期肺癌患者237例进行调查。结果中晚期肺癌患者营养总得分中位数为6.25分,处于营养不良状态; 95.78%的患者存在营养不良,其中重度营养不良79例(33.33%);中度营养不良的148例(62.45%);体质指数、卡氏评分、肿瘤分期、白蛋白、血红蛋白是中晚期肺癌化疗患者营养状况的主要影响因素。结论中晚期肺癌化疗患者普遍存在营养不良,医护人员应针对中晚期肺癌患者进行有效评估,制订合理有效的对策改善患者营养状况。

Objective To investigate the nutritional status and influencing factors on chemotherapy patients with advanced lung cancer,to provide reference for improving the nutritional status of patients. Methods Totally,237 cases of chemotherapy patients with advanced lung cancer from a 3A-level tumor hospital of Tangshan were investigated by general information research questionnaires and Patient Generated Subjective Global Assessment. Results The nutrition score of patients with advanced lung cancer was 6.25 that in malnutrition, 95.78% of the patients had malnutrition,79 cases were in severe malnutrition （33.33%）, moderate malnutrition was 148 cases （62.45%）.Body mass index,kamofsky performance status tumor staging,albumin,hemoglobin were the main influencing factors of nutritional status. Conclusion There is normally malnutrition in patients with advanced lung cancer,medical personnel should evaluate the patients with advanced lung cancer effectively,formulate reasonable and effective countermeasures and improve their nutritional status.
