摘要
目的探讨模块化教学法在新入职口腔门诊护士培训中的应用效果。方法对200名口腔门诊新入职护士采用模块化教学法进行培训,即将口腔护理知识整合为互相连贯、层次渐进的模块化的内容。结果分别在培训前、培训后对口腔门诊新入职护士的理论、技能考核成绩和临床综合能力进行评价,培训后理论、技能考核成绩高于培训前(P<0.01);临床综合能力在培训后6个项目得分均高于培训前(P<0.01)。结论模块化教学法可以提高口腔门诊新入职护士的核心能力,从而更快地适应临床工作的需求,真正达到培训与临床岗位需求的密切结合。
Objective To study the application effect of modules of employable skills for new dental nurses. Methods A total of 200 new dental nurses were trained by the modules of employable skills,with the knowledge of oral care being integrated into a series of coherent and progressive modular contents. Results Nurses' theoretical knowledge,professional practice ability and clinical comprehensive ability before and after the training were evaluated. And results showed that the scores of the nurses' theoretical knowledge and professional practice ability after training were higher than before ( P 〈0.01).At the same time,the scores of clinical comprehensive ability which contained 6 items were also higher than before ( P 〈0.01). Conclusion The modules of employable skills can improve the core ability of oral outpatient nurses,help them adapting to the needs of clinical work more quickly,and achieving a close combination of training and clinical requirements.
