摘要
目的:研究植物内生真菌Bipolaris sp.TJ-1的次生代谢产物。方法:利用硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20、高效液相等色谱方法,对菌种的大米发酵提取物进行系统的分离纯化,并根据波谱学数据和理化常数分析等手段鉴定化合物结构。结果:共分离鉴定9个化合物,分别为penicillide(1),dehydroisopenicillide(2),3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸(3),N-苯乙基乙酰胺(4),(2R,4R)-harzialactone A(5),4-hydroxykigelin(6),6-methoxymellein(7),3,4-dihydro-6,8-dihydroxy-3-methylisocoumarin(8)和4-hydroxy-6-methoxymellein(9)。结论:化合物1~9均为首次从离蠕孢属内生真菌中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the secondary metabolites of a plant-derived endophytic fungus Bipolaris sp.TJ-1.METHODS Various column chromatography methods,such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and semi-preparative HPLC,were applied to isolate and purify the secondary metabolites of fermented rice medium of the fungus Bipolaris sp.,and their chemical structures were identified via NMR data and physical chemical constants.RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as penicillide(1),dehydroisopenicillide(2),3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acid(3),N-phenethylacetamide(4),(2 R,4 R)-harzialactone A(5),4-hydroxykigelin(6),6-methoxymellein(7),3,4-dihydro-6,8-dihydroxy-3-methylisocoumarin(8),and 4-hydroxy-6-methoxymellein(9),respectively.CONCLUSION Compounds 1-9 are isolated and identified from the genus Bipolaris for the first time.
