摘要
用原位生成法制备了氧化锌-玻璃纤维(ZnO-GF)复合物。并通过熔融共混得到聚丙烯(PP)/ZnO-GF复合材料。考察了ZnO-GF复合物对PP结晶性能.力学性能和抗紫外老化性能的影响。结果表明:使用原位生成法可使ZnO在GF表面大量生成,并结合紧密;ZnO—GF复合物可在PP基体中均匀分散,PP/ZnO-GF复合材料的结量度降低;加入15份ZnO—GF可使PP复合材料的拉伸强度,弯曲强度和冲击强度分别提高33%,24%,23%,同时复合材料的抗紫外老化性能明显提高。
Zinc oxide-glass fiber (ZnO-GF) composites were prepared by in-situ synthesis and polypropylene (PP)/ZnO-GF composites were prepared by melt blending. The effects of ZnO-GF complex on the crystallization, mechanical properties and UV aging resistance of PP were investigated. The results show that: ZnO is synthesized in large amounts on the surface of GF and also binds tightly. The ZnO-GF complex can be dispersed uniformly in the PP matrix, and the crystallinity of the PP/ZnO-GF composite decreases. The tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength of PP composites are increased by 33%, 24% and 23% respectively, when 15 phr ZnO- GF is added, and the ultraviolet aging resistance of the composites is improved obviously.
