Design of Injection Mold for Exhaust Filter Shell Based on CAE Optimization Analysis

摘要 根据汽车尾气过滤器壳体外形结构特点,采用CAE分析技术对其进行注塑成型分析,得出最佳浇注系统和冷却系统设计方案。结合传统模具设计经验。动定模各使用3组滑块分别实现4个方向特征结构的分型。其中为实现气嘴上倒扣结构的顺利脱模,设计了内嵌滑块结构。该模具结构复杂,设计合理,可为同类产品的模具设计提供参考。 According to the exterior structure of the automobile exhaust filter shell, CAE analysis technology was used to carry out the injection molding analysis of the product, and the design scheme of the best pouring system and cooling system was obtained. Combined with the experience of traditional mold design, three groups of slider structures were used, respectively, to achieve the classification of the four directional features. In order to realize the smooth demoulding of the inverted structure on the gas nozzle, a sliding block embedded slider structure is designed. This set of mold complex structure, reasonable design, mold design for similar products provide a reference.
