热裂解-气相色谱/质谱法分析塑胶跑道面层的热裂解产物

Analysis of Pyrolysis Products of Plastic Runway Surface by PY-GC/MS

摘要 采用热重分析(TGA)研究了望胶跑道面层的热失重规律,并用热裂解-气相色谱,质谱仪(PY-GC/MS)分析了3个温度段下的裂解产物。结果表明:塑胶跑道的裂解主要发生在150-550℃之间,其中320-420℃失重率最高,裂解产物的种类也最多,包括醚链断裂形成的烃类、醛、酮、醇、呋喃等小分子化合物。软段和硬段断裂产生的饱和烷基端基、不饱和烷基端基.羟基端基和环氧化合物等,分子链端断裂形成的苯基异氰酸醢;150-320℃下共鉴定出38种化合物,脂肪烃、芳香胺和含氧、氮、氯化合物的含量较高。分别占10.15%,28.56%和22.12%;320-420℃下共鉴定出91种化合物,醛、酮类和含氧、氮、氯化合物的含量较高。分别占30.46%和21.88%;420-600℃下共鉴定出73种化合物,芳香烃、芳香胺和含氧、氮、氯化合物的含量较高,分别占22.24%、30.58%和22.95%;320-420℃和420-600℃产生的4,4'-亚甲基双苯胺较多。 Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) was used to study the thermogravimetric characteristics of the surface layer of plastic runway. Pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (PY-GC/ MS) was used to analyze the pyrolysis products at three temperatures. The results show that: the cracking of plastic runway mainly occurs between 150~550℃, of which 320~420℃ has the highest weight loss rate and the most kinds of cracking products, including hydrocarbons, aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, furans and other small molecule compounds formed by ether chain breaking, and saturated alkyl end groups, unsaturated alkyl end groups, hydroxyl end groups and rings produced by soft and hard segment breaking. A phenyl isocyanate formed by breaking the ends of molecular chains. 38 compounds were identified at 150~320℃. The contents of aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic amines and compounds containing oxygen, nitrogen and chlorine were higher, accounting for 10.15%, 28.56% and 22.12% respectively. 91 compounds were identified at 320~420℃, the contents of aldehydes, ketones and compounds containing oxygen, nitrogen and chlorine were higher, accounting for 30.46% and 21.88% respectively. A total of 73 compounds were identified at 420~600℃ and 4,4'-methylene bis aniline was produced at 320~420℃ and 420~600℃.
