摘要
制备了一种乙基挢链DOPO衍生物(FR),将其加入到聚酰胺6(PA6)中。考察了FR对PA6阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:FR用量为15%时,PA6复合材料达到UL94V-0缎.极限氧指数提高到27.2%,且峰值热释放速牢比纯PA6降低了27%;此外,阻燃剂的引入使PA6复合材料的热稳定性明显提高,PA6/FR(15%)的起始热分解温度(T-5%)比纯PA6提高了41℃。
An ethyl bridged DOPO derivative (FR) was prepared and added into polyamide 6 (PA6). The effect of FR on the flame retardancy of PA6 was investigated. The results show that: when the content of FR is 15%, the composites reaches UL 94V-0, the limiting oxygen index increases to 27.2%, and the peak heat release rate is 27% lower than that of pure PA6. In addition, the thermal stability of PA6 composites is significantly improved by the introduction of flame retardant, and the initial thermal decomposition temperature of PA6/FR(15%) is 41 ℃ higher than that of pure PA6.
