摘要
本文针对目前高校化学实验室废液处置中存在的困难,结合学校基础化学实验中心废液管理的现状,提出了化学类教学实验室废液处置办法的建议。我校实验中心对化学实验室常见废液进行了分类、分实验项目收集,再通过教学改革项目、大学生创新创业实验项目等开展废液性质和处置方式的研究。基于物料循环我们将设立开放性、探索性实验,以提高化学试剂的利用效率。而低浓度的废液应进行深度处理,以进一步降低溶液中的离子浓度,减少废液对环境的影响。
Considering the current difficulties about waste liquid treatment in laboratories in higher school, this paper presents some suggestions for the treatment of waste liquid in the chemical labs, on the basis of the relevant experiences in the Experiment Center of Chemistry, Dalian University of Technology. We classify the common waste liquid in chemical laboratory and collect the waste liquid according to experimental projects. And then we performed the study on the properties and disposal methods of liquid waste, by the teaching reform projects and the experimental projects of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship. Based on the material cycle, we will comprehensively utilize open and exploratory experiments, so as to improve the use efficiency of chemical reagent. The advanced treatment of low concentration waste liquid will reduce ionic concentration in solution further and reduce the impact of waste liquid on the environment.
