跨文化敏感性影响朝鲜族学生的文化适应策略:民族认同的中介作用 被引量:13

The Influence of Intercultural Sensitivity on Chinese Korean Students’ Acculturation Strategies: Mediating Effect of Ethnic Identity

摘要 本文旨在考察跨文化敏感性对朝鲜族学生文化适应策略的影响机制,采用跨文化敏感性量表、民族认同量表和文化适应策略量表,通过随机整群抽样方法,调查了延边朝鲜族自治州320名朝鲜族中学生的跨文化敏感性、民族认同和文化适应策略。结果发现,跨文化敏感性对朝鲜族学生的本民族认同和汉族认同均具有正向促进作用;跨文化敏感性通过民族认同间接地影响文化适应策略,跨文化敏感性高的学生倾向于采取整合的文化适应策略。研究结果启示可以通过培养跨文化敏感性促进少数民族学生的文化适应,为民族团结教育活动提供一种新的思路。 Intercultural sensitivity refers to people's perception of the importance of cultural differences in the face of other cultures. This paper aims to investigate the influence of Chinese Korean students' intercultural sensitivity on their acculturation strategies. Using stratified random cluster sampling method, 320 Chinese Korean middle school students from Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture were investigated about their intercultural sensitivity, ethnic identity and acculturation strategies. The results show that intercultural sensitivity has positive effects on Korean students' original ethnic identity and Han ethnic identity; intercultural sensitivity has indirect effects on acculturation strategies through ethnic identity, and students who have high intercultural sensitivity tend to adopt integration strategy. The results of the study suggest that cultural adaptation of ethnic students can be improved by cultivating their intercultural sensitivity. The research provides a new idea for national unity education.
