摘要
以某滨海城市填海区域为研究对象,利用PCSWMM软件建立该区域的雨洪管理模型,分析LID措施和潮汐现象对规划地块雨水径流和地面积水的影响。结果表明,在有潮汐作用、降雨重现期分别为1年和5年的情况下,LID设施对径流量和径流峰值的削减率分别为53. 77%、24. 02%和48. 08%、23. 41%;在无潮汐作用(管道自由出流)、降雨重现期分别为1年和5年的情况下,LID设施对径流量和径流峰值的削减率分别为52. 38%、24. 02%和46. 69%、23. 41%。由模拟结果可知,LID措施对滨海城市地面积水状况具有一定的缓解作用;潮汐现象本身对研究地块的出流量和地面积水情况有一定影响。
A regional stormwater management model was developed using PCSWMM software to analyze the effect of LID practices and the tidal phenomena on stormwater runoff and waterlogging in the planning lots of the reclamation area in a coastal city. The results showed that, with tidal effect, the reduction of the runoff volume and the runoff peak flow in the LID facility was 53.77% and 24.02% at 1- year return period, and 48.08% and 23.41% at 5-year return period, respectively. For the free outfall scenario (no tidal effect), the reduction of the runoff volume and runoff peak flow in the LID facility was 52.38% and 24.02% at 1-year return period and 46.69% and 23, 41% at 5-year return period. It was found that the LID practices could mitigate the waterlogging condition for coastal tidal situation, and the tidal phenomenon had an effect on outflow volume and waterlogging,
