摘要
Coronary artery anomalies can reach easily nowadays elderly age, causing troubles at both diagnostic and thera- peutic levels. A 80-year-old hypertensive man underwent coronary artery angiography because of a doubtful ergomettic test for atypical thoracic discomfort.
