摘要
云南省贫困问题严重,扶贫资源有限,林业发展在扶贫开发工作中发挥着不可替代的作用。文章选取云南省17个少数民族贫困县,以各贫困县的森林覆盖率和林业产值为基础,运用K-Means聚类法进行分析,将17个贫困县分为4个类型;在此基础上,根据各县的林业资源禀赋以及林业经济发展水平提出相应的扶贫策略,以期促进贫困县林业发展,实现贫困人口脱贫致富。
It is well known that the problem of poverty is serious and the resources of poverty alleviation are limited, so the development of forestry plays an irreplaceable role in the work of poverty alleviation. Based on the forest coverage and forestry output value of poverty counties, this study selected 17 minority poverty counties in Yunnan Province, then applied K-Means Clustering Method to analyze poverty counties, and divided them into 4 types.On this basis, according to the forestry resource endowments and forestry area economic development level, the corresponding strategies for poverty alleviation were put forward so as to promote the leaping development of forestry in poor areas and make people get rid of poverty and become better off.
