贵州省退耕还林工程效益与发展对策分析

Analysis on the Achievements and Development Countermeasures of the Project of Returning Farmland to Forest in Guizhou Province

文章运用贵州省2002-2016年相关统计数据并结合对退耕还林农户的深入调查,分析了贵州省退耕还林工程所取得的成效以及当前工程实施现状。结果表明,退耕还林工程对贵州省生态环境改善和经济水平的提升起到了积极作用,但退耕还林工程在实施的过程当中也存在一些问题。针对存在的困难和问题,提出了相关措施和对策建议。

This paper analyzed the achievements of the project of returning farmland to forest and the current status of current project implementation in Guizhou Province by using the relevant statistical data of Guizhou Province from 2002 to 2016 and the in-depth investigation of farmers returning farmland to forests. The result showed that the project of returning farmland to forests had played a positive role in improving the ecological environment and improving the economic level of Guizhou Province. However, there still were some problems in the process of implementing the project of returning farmland to forest. In response to the existing difficulties and problems,relevant measures and countermeasures were proposed.
