On Following the Law and Interests to Stimulate the Organic Unification in College Ideological and Political Education

高校思想政治工作要遵循三大规律:思想政治工作规律、教书育人规律和学生成长规律。做好高校思想政治教育工作,提高思想政治教育实效性,必须遵循学生成长规律和注重学生兴趣激发的有机结合,只有将二者结合,才能在高校思想政治教育中取得更好的效果。

The ideological and political work in colleges and universities should follow three laws： the law of ideological and political work,the law of teaching and educating people,and the law of students＇ growth. To do a good job in ideological and political education and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education must follow the law of students＇ growth and pay attention to the organic combination of students＇ interest,and only by combining them can the education achieve better effects.
