新时代“五大发展理念”视域下的高校政治辅导员工作探讨

On the Work of Political Counselors in Colleges and Universities under the Vision of "Five Development Concepts" in the New Era

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,确定了我国发展所处的新的历史方位。科学把握新时代下"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念的内涵,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。在当前高校学生管理工作中,须克服传统管理方式,将"五大发展理念"运用其中,这是时代发展的必然要求,也是高校政治辅导员工作中的创新途径。在此背景之下,应培育五种思维,强化内涵提升,加强专业化、职业化建设,加强平台建设,形成教育合力,多措并举以更好地提高高校政治辅导员的政治素质和工作能力。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and the new historical position of China＇s development has been determined. It is important to scientifically grasp the value connotation of the five development concepts of ＂ innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing＂ in the new era,creatively apply it to the management of college students,and give full play to the guiding role of these concepts in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities. From this perspective,we should cultivate five kinds of thinking to promote the innovation and development of counselors＇ work,strengthen the promotion of connotation to promote the coordinated development of their work,strengthen the construction of specialization and professionalization to promote the green development of the work,strengthen the platform construction to promote the open development ofthe work,and form a joint effort of education to promote the shared developmentof their work,so as to explore the path of improving the quality and ability of political instructors in colleges and universities.
