“一带一路”建设下青岛海洋经济发展的新思路

New Thought on the Qingdao Marine Economic Development in the Context of the “Belt and Road” Construction

随着建设海洋强国战略和"一带一路"倡议的实施,海洋经济的发展越来越受到重视,海洋经济的内涵和外延得到不断拓展和丰富。作为山东海洋经济发展龙头的青岛,需要从"一带一路"的视角对海洋经济定位进行新诠释。因此,从"一带一路"内涵出发,分析"一带一路"建设给青岛市海洋经济发展带来的机遇与挑战,给出青岛城市定位以及海洋经济发展定位。基于青岛市海洋经济发展现状,从海洋产业破题,给出"一带一路"建设下青岛市海洋产业双向合作的产业选择以及合作路径,提出"一带一路"建设下青岛海洋产业发展的政策建议,期望能够进一步加快青岛海洋经济发展。

In pace with the construction of marine power and implementation of the ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂ ,marine economic development has gained increasing attention,and its connotation and extension have been gradually expanded and enriched. Qingdao, as a leader of Shandong marine economic development,is required to explain the marine economy positioning from a new perspective of ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂. Therefore,from the connotation of ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂ , it analyses the chances and challenges brought by this orientation of Q initiative to Qingdao marine economic development,and gives the city ingdao and development orientation of marine economy. Based on the current situation, it clarifies the two-way cooperation strategy, industry selection as well as cooperation path of Qingdao marine industry. Furthermore,it proposes some policy suggestions on the development of Qingdao marine industries,which is expected to further speed up Qingdao marine economic development.
