Business Model Innovation of Network Medical Treatment Based on Sharing Economy——A Case Study of “Spring Rain Doctor”

本文基于共享经济理论分析互联网医疗背后的逻辑,并选取春雨医生作为案例,构建CET@I方法论商业模式分析模型,研究其商业模式,从而为互联网医疗商业模式创新变革提供管理启示。研究表明:春雨医生依托情境智慧,完善价值定位,持续改进关键业务,有望打造医疗生态圈,形成医疗、医养、医药、医保大健康产业链。

Based on the theory of sharing economy,this paper analyzed the logic of network medical treatment,and selected ＂Spring Rain Doctor＂as a typical case.The CET@ I methodology business analysis model was established to study its business model in order to provide management inspiration for the business innovation in the network medical treatment.The research showed that ＂Spring Rain Doctor＂perfected its value proposition and improved its key businesses continuously on the basis of contextual intelligence.We can expect that it will establish a medical treatment ecosphere and form a comprehensive health industry chain which connects medical treatment,care,medicine and insurance.
