摘要
股价崩盘风险在近几年内引起了国内众多学者的兴趣,本文试图梳理股价崩盘风险的形成机制和衡量方法以及影响因素,从国内外较早的研究文献开始分析,到最新的研究方向,对国内外的重要文献进行综述,陈列不同学者的研究视角,并提出有价值的可能未来研究方向。
The risk of stock price collapse has aroused the interest of many domestic scholars in recent years. This paper attempts to sort out the formation mechanism, measurement methods and influencing factors of the risk of stock price collapse.Research perspectives and valuable future directions.
