综合护理干预在四肢骨折患者中的应用

The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with limb fracture

目的探讨综合护理干预对四肢骨折患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法将我院进行手术治疗的骨折患者160例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。观察组采用综合护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预;对两组患者的术后疼痛程度、生活质量评分进行比较。结果经过综合护理,观察组术后疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对四肢骨折患者实施综合护理干预,可缓解疼痛程度,提高术后生活质量水平。

Objective To investigate the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the patients with limb fracture. Methods 160 patients with limb fractures were selected from January 2016 to December 2016. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 80 cases in each group. Comprehensive nursing intervention was used in the observation group and routine nursing intervention was used in the control group. Postoperative pain and life quality scores were compared between the two groups. Results After comprehensive nursing, the postoperative pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The life quality scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can relieve pain and improve postoperative quality of life for patients with limb fractures.
