船舶电力拖动课程理实一体化教学模式探索

Teaching Mode Research on the Integration of Theory and Practice of Marine Electric Power Driving

为了培养适应船舶电气专业岗位需求的船舶电气专业人才,对船舶电力拖动课程特点进行了分析,并结合高职教育理念,提出了理实一体化的教学模式。从优化教学模式设计、完善管理制度、整合教学内容、完善考核制度、双师型教师的需求等方面提出了船舶电力拖动课程教学模式改革的几点建议。结果表明,学生的理论水平和实践能力得到了很大提高,达到了预期的教学效果。

In order to train marine electrical talents to meet the post requirement,this paper analyzes the course characteristics of marine electric power driving and puts forward a teaching mode of integration of theory and practice combined with the vocational education idea.This paper also puts forward several suggestions for the teaching mode reforming of marine electric power driving from teaching mode optimization,management system improvement,teaching contents integration,evaluation system improvement and double qualified teachers requirement.The results suggest that students' theoretical level and practical ability has been greatly improved,and the new teaching mode has brought about the expected effects.
