基于工作过程的数控加工工艺编制与实施课程教学改革研究

Research on Course Teaching Reform of the CNC Machining Process Planning and Implementation Based on Working Process

从课程定位、建设理念及建设流程、内容的组织与安排、教学方法及手段、课程考核评价体系等方面论述了基于工作过程的数控加工工艺编制与实施课程教学改革思路。课程改革从职业岗位和岗位技能要求出发组织课程教学内容,完成对工作岗位与过程的描述,使学生的技能水平达到数控工艺员的国家职业标准。

From the as pects of course orientation,construction concept,construction procedure,content organization and arrangement,teaching methods,curriculum assessment system and so on,the author discourses upon the course reform idea of the CNC machining process planning and implementation based on working process.Starting from occupation post and job skills' requirement,the author arranges course teaching content,completes the description of work post and process in the course reform,so as to make the students' skill level reach the national occupation standard for CNC process technician.
