船用水泥罐充气滤网设计及加工工艺分析

The Design and Processing Technology Analysis on Marine Cement Tank Air Filter

针对目前船用水泥罐格栅滤布存在透气效果不好、使用中更换频繁、影响使用效率等缺点,提出用不锈钢充气滤网取代格栅滤布的方法,对现有水泥罐格栅结构进行改进,达到降低滤布维护成本、延长过滤装置使用寿命、减轻操作者工作强度和提高运营效率的目的。通过分析,介绍了船用水泥罐结构原理,确定了设计思路和改进方案,分析了加工工艺过程。

For the poor ventilation effect,frequent replacement in use and low application efficiency of present marine cement tank grille cloth,this paper proposes the stainless steel air filter is used to replace the grille cloth to improve the existing cement tank grille structure,so as to reduce the filter cloth maintenance cost,prolong the filtrating equipment's service life,lighten the operator's work strength and raise the operational efficiency.This paper presents the structure principle of marine cement tank,confirms the design idea and the improving scheme,and analyzes the processing technical procedure.
