摘要
以玻璃纤维增强模塑料为主要原料的大几何尺寸板材具有防火性能、抗静电性能、高机械强度性能、耐酸碱等特点。利用试验方法,采用模塑料板材模压成型方式,完成大几何尺寸板材的加工制造。通过技术参数来说明玻璃纤维增强模塑料板材的加工制造方法,为压力机制造、几何尺寸选择、时间和温度控制提供试验数据。
Large geometry size of the plate,which takes glass fiber reinforced molding compound as main raw materials,has the properties of fire resistance,antistatic electricity,high mechanical strength,resistance acid and alkali.Based on test method,large-size molding compound sheet is manufactured by compression molding.This paper illustrates the manufacturing method of glass fiber reinforced molding compound sheet through the technical parameters and provides empirical data for press machine manufacturing,geometric size selection,time and temperature control.
