微课在高职公共英语教学中的应用

Application of Microlecture in Public English Teaching of Higher Vocational College

微课是通过互联网平台,以微视频为载体、某一知识点为主题,以内容短小精悍、趣味性、共享性和方便性为特征的教学资源。目前高职院校公共英语教学面临诸多难题,为了满足互联网时代语言学习者对知识的需求,根据课程需要将微课作为新型的教学资源和教学手段应用于高职英语教学中的课前预习、课上教学、课后自学等各个教学环节。微课不仅成为传统课堂学习的一种重要补充和资源拓展,而且还培养了高职学生的自主学习能力。

Microlecture is a teaching resource characterized by micro video as the carrier, a certain knowledge point as the theme through internet platform. Teaching content of microlecture is short and perfect,interesting, common sharing and convenient. At present, public English teaching in higher vocational college is facing many problems, and microlecture as a new teaching recourse and a teaching method is applied to teaching procedure, such as, preview before class, class teaching, and self-study after class according to curriculum need to meet the needs of language learner for knowledge in the internet age. Microlecture not only becomes an important supplement to the traditional classroom learning, but also cultivate students' autonomous learning ability in higher vocational college.
